I just wanted to take a few moments to let you know how much I truly appreciate the 36-Month Millionaire program you put on for us. I thought you should know what an impact you and this program have had on our business.

When this program was first announced, I new it was going to be good. After listening to James and Robin on the program, I am very glad I signed up. Let me tell you why:
One of the best sessions for me was session seven on Vendor relations. It helped to show me that we can have a much richer relationship with our vendors and actually have them help us sell their products. As simple as it sounds, we were not effective at communicating with our vendors up to this point.
After hearing what things should be like, we began to have a much more defined dialog with our vendors, with amazing results!. The first vendor we approached was worth it all. They offered to assist us with a marketing campaign!. The vendor asked us for information on our best clients and they procured a list for us, using our criteria. I’d like to say that I couldn’t be any more elated with the content and results of this program. I/OVision has always been a relatively small I.T. Firm of around 7 employees including myself. We’ve held steady to produce around $600,000 gross revenue per year for the last 5 years. After 9 years of owning this business and no official education in Business Management (I have a degree in physics which really doesn’t help me at all in this industry), I was getting tired of this not moving forward…. Some of the most important information I received from the program was to set goals, provide clear expectations, hold everyone accountable, and pay for performance. The engineers and sales people now get a report every day to let them know their performance from the day before and if they’re on track for their weekly and monthly goals. Change is incredibly difficult and I lost one engineer in the process, but with only 85% of the staff, revenue has still increased 159% in 3 months.
The first step was to create a business plan. I must admit the full business plan isn’t complete but I made sure a condensed 1 page version was finished immediately and shared this with the staff. I created a linear projection of how much we’d have to sell every month and divided that amount up between hard goods and service so to obtain a good margin.
